What are the product claims for SUMMER SKIN?


SUMMER SKIN leverages science, expertise and nature to deliver the most potent formulations in the skin care and beauty industry. Comprised of the highest quality ingredients sourced from around the world, our clinical-grade formulas are as effective as they are safe. All products are cruelty-free, vegan, paraben-free, silicone-free, and talc-free. These products are made using all-natural and organic ingredients.




After placing my order, when can I expect it?


After placing my order, when will it arrive? For skincare: For every order, please allow 2-3 days for handling. If you are a Norman resident, your order will be hand delivered. Non-Norman residents: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from which you can track your order! For merch: Orders are fulfilled through a 3rd party apparel manufacturer. It takes about 3-5 business days to create the apparel and then an additional 5-8 days for shipping. You will also be provided a tracking number once your items have been shipped.




What is your best seller, or what do you recommend as a first product to order?

How soon should I see results with SUMMER SKIN?


Everyone is different, but depending on which products you use you should expect results within 2-3 weeks. The more consistent you are, the better results you will get. Be sure to take before and after pictures to track your progress, and if you feel comfortable enought to share your results/your journey with us, send your pictures and testimonials to contact@summerskin.shop.

SUMMER SKIN Essentials

When can I expect my SS Essentials order?


Orders are fulfilled through a 3rd party apparel manufacturer. It takes about 3-5 business days to create the apparel and then an additional 5-8 days for shipping. You will also be provided a tracking number once your items have been shipped.




Where can I find tracking info for my order?


All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility - keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed.




What are the care instructions?


Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items. DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.
Embroidered shirts also can be machine-washed cold and inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and similar colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine is the safer option. If you notice any color residue in water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry-cleaned.After washing, don't leave the clothing soaking, or lying in a pile while wet. Do not wring out the embroidered articles, but if you want to tumble-dry them, use a cool air setting.If the garment needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. You shouldn't wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron. The best way to clean your caps is to hand-wash them instead of placing them in a washing machine. This will help with retaining their shape and won't diminish the quality of the embroidered design. We recommend you wash them with a mild detergent (not bleach), in lukewarm water. If there are any spots that require more attention, then you can use a brush with soft bristles. You can also check with the manufacturer directly or search YouTube for other recommendations.




How should i report a problem with my order? Return policy?


With any issues regarding your order, please email contact@summerskin.shop. Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays. Return policy: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by emailing contact@summerskin.shop
